Our goal is to deliver competitive, cost effective services through a variety of arrangements. These arrangements are provided through both our land development or construction services. These options include lump sum contracts, fixed–fee contracts, design build contracts or project management / consulting services.

Every business has a beginning, and ours started back when I was a child. Growing up working in construction or on the farm lit the passion and drive within that I have for this business. Watching something being taken from an idea to a reality is something I find so rewarding.

Moline construction senior management team has more than 50 years’ experience in the construction industry. Our focus is on honesty and integrity in building strong relationships with our clients and sub-trades.

Phil Moline
Founder & CEO
Mr. Moline has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. He has focused on business development and been formally trained in Project Management, Safety, Journeyman Carpentry, WHMIS, Corporate Safety, and other programs relating to project management in the construction industry. Mr. Moline has been involved in roles from estimator, project manager, business development, and superintendent with many large developments in and around Southern Alberta. Which have included land development, new construction, renovations and tenant fit-outs. His primary professional responsibilities include tendering and awarding trade contracts, project cost and schedule control, overall project management, on-site supervision of trades, liaison between owners, architects, and engineers, and quality control of
construction projects

Kieth Moline
Vice President
Mr. Moline Sr. has been in the construction industry for over 50 years. He has specialized in high end residential projects through various sized commercial projects. Mr. Moline Sr. has been involved in roles as estimator, project manager, and superintendent in and around Southern Alberta which have included land development, new construction, renovations and tenant fit-outs. His primary professional responsibilities include on-site supervision of trades, liaison between owners, architects, and engineers, maintenance of project schedules and quality control of construction projects.
